Hello! I'm Denise Gascoigne, a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and an enthusiastic advocate for holistic health and wellness. Since beginning my journey in this field over 20 years ago, I've dedicated myself to empowering individuals in their quests for better health and well-being.
As a seasoned dietitian, my expertise lies in crafting personalized, healthy approaches to weight loss and weight management. My belief is that nourishment extends beyond the plate – it's a harmonious blend of mindful choices and understanding your body's needs. This philosophy is deeply embedded in my practice, particularly through my specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT). I approach every client interaction with a holistic mindset, guiding you to embrace mindful eating as a pathway to health.
Beyond nutrition, my credentials extend into the realm of health and wellness coaching. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC). With over 500 hours of coaching experience, I bring a blend of expertise, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to every coaching session. My coaching style is anchored in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I am here to listen, guide, and empower you to unlock your potential for wellness.
I am also skilled in administering and interpreting behavioral assessments such as DISC and EQ-i 2.0. Integrating these tools, I can offer insights into your behavioral patterns and emotional intelligence, aiding in your journey toward your personal and health goals.
