I'm Denise Gascoigne — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). With over two decades of experience in the field of health and wellness, I specialize in helping individuals create sustainable, personalized paths to better health through nutrition, coaching, and fitness.
My core passion lies in nutrition counseling.
